The Gruppo Storico Romano (Cultural Association, dedicated to historical re-enactment) is organizing this event with the order to recreate and evoke the manners and customs of ancient Rome and allow Roman citizens and tourists to rediscover the fascinating atmosphere of Rome two thousand years ago.

In our view this event should be a meeting place for men of today with the world of ancient Rome, to have it re-discovery, enhance and disseminate the Romans, who still inspires the world deep admiration for what was one of the greatest civilizations of the past, and to confirm that Rome, which the Caput Mundi, was and will always be a city unlike any other.

In two days, Saturday 16 from 15.00 to 22.00 and Sunday 17 from 09.00 to 18.00, you can attend to representations used in evocations of ancient rites, dances, battles between legionnaires and barbarians and Finally, even fighting gladiators. In the meetings you can attend the presentation of books and conferences devoted to ancient Rome.
