At the end of September 2010 (on time), I submitted a request for contributions to the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia - a so-called "POR".
The request must be made to the intermediary that is responsible for assessing applications, MedioCredito (aka: Unicredit) and have 90 days to respond.
The first of January go by and you do not know anything yet, except that the region has granted an extension of 30 days in the evaluation of applications.
In early February, no one knows anything yet, I can speak with a manager in the region which, annoyed, tells me he will send a letter from there to shed some light ten days. So far, this letter never arrived.
Now we are waiting for a recommendation MedioCredito ask us to integrate the information and attention-not with things that we have failed to send, indeed, but with more questions and annoying forms to fill.
In short, the aim is to deter the applicant, or force him to resort to "special" contributions.
Obviously, I would like to know how long I will respond.
disarming. Shameful.
And we're in Friuli Venezia Giulia ...
